Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered once access to the audio has been provided.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, digital content purchases normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and confirming immediate delivery at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
Audio Quality Issues
If a problem with the recording or audio file is reported within 7 days of delivery, a corrected version may be provided at FYM's sole discretion.
Refused Sales
If FYM declines a sale after payment has been made, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
