By purchasing an audio from fromyourmouthva.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Age Representation

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Right of Withdrawal & Immediate Delivery

Under EU consumer protection law, digital content purchases normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and checking the box confirming immediate delivery at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

3. Final Sale

Subject to Section 2 above, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered once the file has been delivered, except as set out below.

If a problem with the recording or audio file is reported within 7 days of delivery, a corrected version may be provided at FYM's sole discretion.

4. Delivery

After payment and confirmation of the consent described in Section 2, you will receive access to your audio. Delivery is deemed complete once access has been provided, regardless of whether you access or download the file.

5. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for accessing your purchased content promptly. FYM is not obligated to restore access if it is lost due to account issues not within FYM's control.

6. Rights & Ownership

FYM retains full and exclusive ownership of all audio content, including:

• Her voice and performances (including performances based on buyer-submitted scripts or prompts)
• Creative interpretation and delivery
• Any guest voices involved

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private, personal use only. No rights, title, or ownership interest in the audio are transferred to you.

You may not:

• Rehost, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the audio in any form
• Use the audio, or any part of it, for AI training, voice cloning, or machine learning purposes
• Adapt, sample, or repurpose the audio for any commercial or public use

Violations of this section may result in blacklisting from future purchases and legal action.

7. Creative Control

FYM retains full creative freedom over tone, style, pacing, and delivery of all content. Any performance reflects FYM's artistic vision and discretion.

8. Right to Refuse

FYM may decline any sale at her sole discretion, for any reason. If a sale is refused after payment has been made, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
